New Employee Information

We are excited to welcome our newest team members to Santa Rosa Academy in Menifee, California!

We encourage you to ask questions, build relationships, and take advantage of the many opportunities to learn and grow alongside your colleagues.

 

Once you have been interviewed and selected for a position at Santa Rosa Academy, the next step is completing the required pre-employment processing. Before beginning employment, new hires will need to complete the necessary background checks and obtain Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI clearance. In addition, employees must provide a negative tuberculosis (TB) test completed within 60 days, a valid picture ID or driver’s license, a Social Security card, and any license or certification required by the applicable job description or job posting. Completing these requirements in a timely manner helps ensure that all new employees are properly cleared and ready to begin their role at SRA.

 

Our HR Technicians are here to support you every step of the way as you begin your journey with Santa Rosa Academy. From completing your required employment paperwork and pre-employment documentation to assisting you with online training and onboarding requirements, our HR team will help guide you through each stage of the process. They will be available to answer questions, provide direction, and help ensure you are prepared for your first day on campus. From the moment you are selected for your position through your first day on the job and beyond. You can count on our Human Resources Team to help make your transition to Santa Rosa Academy a smooth, welcoming, and successful experience.
