Bio:

I began studying biochemistry at University of California, Riverside while privately tutoring students. As I discovered my passion for teaching, I pursued a Master’s in Education along with my teaching credentials and became a teacher. My first position was as a middle school science teacher in Moreno Valley. I then had the privilege of joining the Santa Rosa Academy team as their chemistry teacher in 2024.

Favorite Subject in School:

Obviously, chemistry! Just kidding! Growing up, I didn’t like chemistry and struggled with it quite a bit. Over time, I grew to love it through the positive experiences I had with friends and teachers who supported me along the way. In high school, my favorite subjects were English and art.

Hobbies:

Gardening, sketching, running with my dogs.
