Eric Russell

Board President and Parent Representative
Serving 4th term until June 30, 2028

Eric Russell was born in northern Montana, where he attended elementary school. He moved to San Diego by middle school and grew up there till he attended college in Hawaii. While there, he met his wife, who lived on the island and also attended the same college. Eric and Amberlyn have 4 boys that all are part of SRA, as current students or graduates. They have done all three tracks but currently, have them all enrolled on blue track. He has lived in Menifee for over 18 years. Eric loves to travel and get outdoors. His job gives him opportunities to go overseas and spend time with his family. He has served in several capacities to help with his local community. He loves SRA and wants to help in any way possible.

Kellie Welty

Board Secretary and Community Representative
Serving 6th term until June 30, 2027

Kellie Welty and her husband Dale have lived in Canyon Lake for a combined 35 years. Kellie has three children. Adam is a Nuclear Engineer with the United States Navy. Allison lives in San Diego and is a Veterinarian Tech for a local emergency hospital. Kellie has been a Santa Rosa parent since her daughter attended SRA in 2010. Kellie’s youngest son, Nicholas, is an SRA Graduate from class of 2025. Kellie is a retired Application Engineer who also sold Real Estate for many years, serving the local community. Kellie is currently involved in many organizations that support the local community.

 
Scott Mason
Board Treasurer, Parent Representative
Serving 4th term until June 30, 2027
 
Scott Mason has lived in Menifee for the past 17 years. Mr. Mason served his country for 4 years as a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserves where he served as a Psychological Warfare Specialist (Airborne). Mr. Mason served the residents of Riverside County for 12 years as a Deputy District Attorney for the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Mason has served as a Deputy County Counsel in the Child Welfare Division of the Riverside County Counsel’s Office since 2019. During Law School, Mr. Mason served as a Liaison in the America Bar Association’s Sections of Litigation and International Law, and while serving in that capacity Mr. Mason and other members of the ABA's Law Student Division successfully lobbied congress in support of passing the Public Student Loan Forgiveness act, which benefits all members of public service by forgiving their Federal Student Loans after 10 years of public service. Mr. Mason is a graduate of Grossmont Community College, UCSD, and the School of Law at USD. He enjoys serving his community and he loves SRA. 
 
Terry Cole Board Director, Community Representative
Serving 3rd term until June 30, 2027

Terry Cole is a retired member of the United States Navy and currently works for the Department of Veteran Affairs in Riverside, California. He has lived in Riverside County since 2010. He has been involved with the community of Menifee as a youth soccer coach and was an Assistant Little League Coach for the community of Canyon Lake. He has a son who attends Paloma High School.
 
 
David Foust
Board Director and Community Representative
Serving 2nd term until June 30, 2027

David Foust is a retired Treatment Plant Manager for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.  Dave was also an adjunct professor of Water Technology at Mt. San Antonio Community College for 7-years.  Dave and his wife Sandy have lived in Riverside County for 39-years and have resided in Menifee for the past 11-years.  They have 6 handsome sons, 5 beautiful daughters-in-law, and 14 awesome grandchildren.  He is Chair of the Menifee Parks, Recreation, and Trails Commission, Vice Chair of the Menifee Interfaith and Community Service Council, Communications Director for his church, and volunteers regularly for Menifee CERT, the American Red Cross, and the Menifee Community Services Department.
 
Dave has an Associate of Arts degree from Riverside Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Public Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Born and raised in Ohio, Nicole Farnum relocated to California in 2010 with her husband, Evan, after completing graduate school at the University of Toledo. From the moment she arrived, she immersed herself in the local community, serving on multiple nonprofit boards and volunteering her time to causes that
make a meaningful impact.
 
Nicole’s commitment to community leadership has earned her several recognitions, including being named a Murrieta Chamber 40 Under 40 honoree in 2013 and Valley Young Professional of the Year in 2017.
 
Before entering real estate, Nicole built a successful career in healthcare, serving as the Director of Wound Care at Inland Valley Hospital. In 2020, she made the decision to leave her leadership role to spend more time with her daughter while pursuing her passion for real estate. After just four years in real estate, Nicole earned her Broker’s License and, alongside her husband, founded Mommy & Me Realty. Nicole is a top-producing Realtor in the Inland Empire and the Broker/Owner of Mommy & Me Realty, leading a team of six dedicated real estate professionals. 
Nicole and Evan are proud parents to their daughter, Nora, who is in second grade and remains the center of their world. Nicole firmly believes that investing in the next generation is one of the most important ways to strengthen a community. She is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Santa Rosa Academy and is grateful for the opportunity to support local students and families.

Rich Quesada is a very involved parent for Santa Rosa Academy spanning over the last 15 years. Rich and his wife, Corie, have 4 children, two boys (Cameron ‘22 and Brendan 25’) have graduated from Santa Rosa Academy, while Aaron (senior) and Jillian (freshman), still attend SRA.. Rich has been the assistant coach of the offensive and defensive line for varsity football since 2019, here at SRA. In his other life, he works as a sales territory manager for Abbott's Cardiac Rhythm Management division. He has worked in the medical field for 25+ years, starting in bench research at USC to managing a team that helps implant and take care of patients who need Cardiac devices. His love for his kids shows in his involvement with youth through his church, school, and the community. He decided to be a part of the SRA board to help serve Santa Rosa Academy and to become a liaison between parents and the Board. Rich graduated from the University of LaVerne with a degree in Biology, where he was ASB President and served in student body government for 3+ years. He has a long tenure as a manager in sales and clinical cardiac care. He was internationally certified by the Heart Rhythm Society in 2007, has obtained multiple sales awards, including being a multi-year President’s club winner and Territory manager of the year. His current volunteer experience is with our own Santa Rosa football Team, the SRA Foundation board, and he is currently an Elder at Canyon Lake Community Church.
