my name is Michael Green I'm the secondary school principal Santa Rosa Academy I think I got an education years and years ago because the influence of teachers that I had going up there very very supportive of me in everything that I did I was a student that really struggled and really had to work and getting through a lot of things in my life what it was socially academically and I just have some teachers that were very very supportive of me so I see when I became to that age where I need to start thinking about what direction I wanted to go I always have this pool back to schools I've been serving now and education for 24 years I've worked as a teacher I worked as a I worked as assistant principal and now principal and the reason why I really wanted to be a principal because I believe in servant leadership but my job is principles to serve the students serve my staff and serve my community and if I can continue to have that Focus as a principal I think that I will continue to enjoy this role that I currently have I also feel like that I can really make a difference in everything that happens on campus whether it's in a supportive role or in a leadership role and if I can do that then I think that this is a wonderful career and a wonderful place to be so I am really really grateful to be principal I've learned a lot and I'll get I need a girl and I will really always continue to see what's best for kids
