Meal Program: Free and Reduced Price Meals
It is incredibly important that our students eat healthy meals to be fueled for the day! Countless studies show that with better nutrition, students are better able to learn, have fewer absences, have behavioral improvements, and achieve more academically.
Our daily breakfast and lunch are provided by Revolution Foods, an organization that follows the strict regulations of the National School Lunch Program. All SRA families are asked to complete an Application for Free or Reduced-Price Meals at the beginning of the school year.
Free or reduced-price lunches are available at school for pupils whose parents or legal guardians qualify, based on annual household income, and complete the required application form.

- Apply online through this link: www.mymealtime.com/apps
- First time applicants will need to select to "create a new profile"
- Once a new profile is established or if you already are registered, log in and select "New Application"
- When filling out the new application select "California" for the state and select "Temecula/Sycamore/Santa Rosa Collaborative" as the District
- You will need to enter the "State Student ID" number which can be found on the Parent/Student Aeries portal under Profile>General. After logging into Aeries select "Profile" on the left side menu, the select "General" on the profile window title bar.
- Scan and email it to [email protected]
- Take legible photos of the form and email them to [email protected]
- Drop off the form at the front office
- Hand it out to our SRA staff in the drop-off and pick-up lanes in a drive-thru style!

Food Allergies
The only food accommodation we provide on a wide and daily basis is vegetarian. Any student with a food limitation beyond this can fill out the Special Meals and/or Accommodations form below to have a meal that accommodates his or her health needs.
Wellness Policy
SRA is committed to creating a healthy school environment that enhances the development of lifelong wellness practices to promote healthy physical activities that support student achievement. Please see the SRA Wellness Policy.

California Earned Income Tax Credit 2020 for SRA Families
Based on your annual earnings, you may be eligible to receive the Earned Income Tax Credit from the Federal Government (Federal EITC). The Federal EITC is a refundable federal income tax credit for low-income working individuals and families. The Federal EITC has no effect on certain welfare benefits. In most cases, Federal EITC payments will not be used to determine eligibility for Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income, food stamps, low-income housing, or most Temporary Assistance For Needy Families payments. Even if you do not owe federal taxes, you must file a federal tax return to receive the Federal EITC. Be sure to fill out the Federal EITC form in the Federal Income Tax Return Booklet. For information regarding your eligibility to receive the Federal EITC, including information on how to obtain the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Notice 797 or any other necessary forms and instructions, contact the IRS by calling 1-800-829-3676 or through its Web site at www.irs.gov.
You may also be eligible to receive the California Earned Income Tax Credit (California EITC) starting with the calendar year 2015 tax year. The California EITC is a refundable state income tax credit for low-income working individuals and families. The California EITC is treated in the same manner as the Federal EITC and generally will not be used to determine eligibility for welfare benefits under California law. To claim the California EITC, even if you do not owe California taxes, you must file a California income tax return and complete and attach the California EITC Form (FTB 3514). For information on the availability of the credit eligibility requirements and how to obtain the necessary California forms and get help filing, contact the Franchise Tax Board at 1-800-852-5711 or through its Web site at www.ftb.ca.gov.
