Assembly Bill 104 Post-secondary Institution’s Survey Results
For the 2020–21 through 2023–24 school year, the following post-secondary institutions will accept, for admission purposes, a transcript with a Pass or No Pass grade instead of a letter grade for an applicant pursuant to EC Section 49066.5(b). – https://www.cde.ca.gov/ci/gs/ps/ab104surveyresults.asp
ANNUAL NOTICE REGARDING PUPIL FEES AS REQUIRED BY ASSEMBLY BILL 1575 (CHAPTERED SEPTEMBER 29, 2012)
OVERVIEW: In 2012, the Governor of California signed into law Assembly Bill 1575 (“AB 1575”), which amended certain provisions of the Education Code and Government Code. One of those amendments requires schools to publish an annual notice to pupils, parents, and guardians, employees, and other interested parties regarding the requirements of AB 1575 (see Cal.Ed.Code section 49013(e)).
In compliance with Cal. Ed. Code section 49013(e), on an annual basis Santa Rosa Academy provides this notice to all required parties.

Education Protection Act Notice
Santa Rosa Academy (SRA) is required to annually post on its website both how much Education Protection Account (EPA) funds were received and how they were spent in the prior fiscal year. Second, how much EPA is projected to be received in the current fiscal year and the spending plan for the current fiscal year.
SRA had received $4,515,372 for the 2022-2023 fiscal year which was spent on teacher salaries.
The “Resolution Regarding The Education Protection Account” was passed by the School Board on 6-14-2023, which approved that the funds be spent on teacher salaries; the projected amount in the resolution is $5,056,553.
