My name is Jair Arango and I am happy to be part of SRA's school security team after having had substituted for many other school districts prior. I have about 10 years of experience working with adolescents through being a youth leader with a neighborhood church and have always enjoyed making a positive difference in young people's lives. I come from the electric trade business, but I am glad to now be working in the education environment. I am a hard worker, a team player, and always ready to help when needed.
