Bio:
I grew up in Riverside, CA, and earned my bachelor's degree at CSUF in 2014. I moved to Alexandria, VA, in 2014 when my high school sweetheart was stationed there while enlisted in the USCG. We got married in July of 2015. After our time in Virginia, we were stationed in Sacramento and were there for 5 years. While in Northern CA, I went back to school to fulfill my dream of becoming an elementary school teacher. I earned my teaching credential and master's degree at UC Davis. I have taught kindergarten, first grade, and student taught in second grade. In the summer of 2020, we had the opportunity to move back home to Southern California. We packed up our lives (and our puppy, Winnie), and it has been wonderful ever since. I have been an Elementary Educational Advisor at SRA since 2020 and absolutely love supporting students and families with their homeschool journey. I'm looking forward to what my future in education holds!
