The majority of placements will be from currently enrolled students, staff, and siblings lists. The purpose of the lottery is to determine our waitlist placement order.

The Lottery/Waitlist is updated the first Monday of every Month.  If you requested a waitlist track change or if you have submitted a new student to be added to the bottom of the list we are reviewing at the end of every month.

The easist way to find your child’s number is to click on their grade level tab then use your browsers Find Function to search for their number (Control F or Command F on your keyboard). After reviewing the wait list if you have a lottery issue please submit our Lottery Issue Form at http://sra.mn/lottery-issue-form.

Lottery ID numbers highlighed in green will be offered a spot for the 2021/22 school.

This online list is a copy of our official internal wait list. If there are any errors please contact the enrollment department so an internal review can be made and this list can be updated.

Did I get in? How do I know if I am getting a spot?

The lottery on March 6th, 2020 determined the waitlist for the 2021/22 school year.  Placement offers have been sent out until mid March 2020.  If your child was offered a placement, you would have received a placement offer email in mid-March 2020.

If I was not in the lottery how can I get on the waiting list?

If you would like to be added to the 2021/2020 wait list and you were not in the lottery you may fill out the online form at www.sra.mn/add-new-student.

The random public lottery determines an applicant’s’ placement or wait list status. Those who request to enter the lottery after the open enrollment deadline are added to the end of the lottery wait list in the order they are received. Offers for openings are made in lottery placement / wait list order until the spots are filled or the wait list is exhausted.

Lottery ID Numbers

Lottery ID numbers are being sent out electronically to parents. Please keep your student’s Lottery ID number on file as it will be used to post the Lottery results on our website.

At any time when a parent forgets their students’ Lottery ID number, they will be able to retrieve the number via our online request form. http://sra.mn/lottery-id

Important note about Staff Students:
Staff children have priority placement.
Important note about Heritage Students:
These students/siblings have priority in the lottery.  A Heritage Student is identified as a student who continuously attended Santa Rosa Academy since PRIOR TO the opening of the new campus or the 2013-14 school year. These students would have attended school at the Main Campus at  MSJC, Santa Rosa Academy West, or the shopping center on Baxter Road in Wildomar. Heritage and Siblings need to be verified by Administration and Registrar.

Important note about Sibling Priority:
Current students who have siblings seeking entrance into Santa Rosa Academy also have priority but AFTER the Heritage Students and their siblings.
